The Brief
Family Vision, a finance provider and loan-to-buy retailer, approached us to design a new commerce website that would restore trust and inspire confidence in their customers. Despite their strong track record, concerns had arisen that their outdated branding and website were creating an perception of unreliability, resulting in a loss of custom even among loyal clients. The goal was to develop a brand that reflected their commitment to supporting struggling families and a website that conveyed professionalism, trustworthiness, and approachability. This project aimed to enhance the user experience, increase conversions, and re-establish Family Vision as the dependable resource consumers need.

The Process
This particular project required a very quick turnaround, relying on an efficient working process from the start. To kick off the brand development, myself, my Creative Director, and a fellow designer participated in a half-day design sprint. We dedicated 3.5 hours to creating an initial identity and visual language, drawing from our comprehensive briefing with the client. My concept was selected as the chosen direction, and I proceeded to refine and develop the brand further. The success of this sprint methodology inspired us to apply the same approach to the web design. From rapid paper wireframing to high-fidelity digital prototyping, we were able to establish the full brand and website design within just a 3-day turnaround.
Following the design phase, I worked closely with the developers to ensure a pixel-perfect application of the brand and website. This meticulous attention to detail resulted in a highly professional final product that instills confidence in customers, reinforcing Family Vision’s commitment to reliability and service.

The new brand has been successfully rolled out, driving a highly effective social media campaign that showcases Family Vision’s services and key products while resonating with their local audience. The refreshed identity and professional web presence have helped rebuild consumer trust, leading to increased engagement and higher site conversions. The project has positioned Family Vision as a dependable and approachable retailer, strengthening its connection with both new and returning customers.
